Vegan Recipes : Vegetable Chilli
Ingredients
- Assorted Vegetables [e.g. Broccoli, Onion, Peppers, Sweetcorn]
- Vegan Margarine
- Chilli Powder
- Tumeric
- Cumin
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Fry the onions in margarine, add other vegetables and a pinch of flour. Add above spices. Add tinned, chopped tomatoes and simmer. Season and serve.
