Vegan Recipes : Spinach and Mushroom Tagliatelli

Method

  1. Fry mushrooms and onions until soft and add seasoning. Steam spinach and compress water. Mix the mushrooms and onions into the spinach.
  2. Meanwhile boil tagliatelli. Cool in cold water washing away the starch.
  3. Melt margarine, add flour and stir until it thickens. Boil milk and add slowly to avoid lumps.Add mushrooms, spinach and tagliatelli. Cook until reheated. Serve.
