Vegan Recipes : Spinach and Mushroom Tagliatelli
Ingredients
- Tagliatelli
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Soya Milk
- Vegan Margarine
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Fry mushrooms and onions until soft and add seasoning. Steam spinach and compress water. Mix the mushrooms and onions into the spinach.
- Meanwhile boil tagliatelli. Cool in cold water washing away the starch.
- Melt margarine, add flour and stir until it thickens. Boil milk and add slowly to avoid lumps.Add mushrooms, spinach and tagliatelli. Cook until reheated. Serve.
