Vegan Recipes : Soya Sauce and Broccoli

  1. Cut the head of broccoli into large florets. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil add salt and broccoli and cook for approximately 4 minutes until just tender. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile fry the garlic in the oil for 2 minutes. Drizzle oil/garlic over the broccoli and then the soy sauce and serve.
