Vegan Recipes : Soya Sauce and Broccoli
(Serves 4)
Ingredients
- 450g Broccoli
- 1tbsp/15ml Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic [crushed]
- 2tbsp/30ml Soya Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Cut the head of broccoli into large florets. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil add salt and broccoli and cook for approximately 4 minutes until just tender. Drain.
- Meanwhile fry the garlic in the oil for 2 minutes. Drizzle oil/garlic over the broccoli and then the soy sauce and serve.
