Vegan Recipes : Red Pepper Sauce
Yields 500ml
Ingredients
- 30 ml Oil
- 10 ml Paprika
- 500 g Red peppers
- 50 g Onions
- 500 ml Vegetable stock
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Gently fry the paprika in the oil.
- Add the red peppers and onions, sweat until soft.
- Add the stock, reboil and simmer until tender.
- Liquidise, reboil, correct seasoning and consistency.
