Vegan Recipes : Plain Flapjacks

Ingredients
- 175g Vegan Margarine
- 175g Brown Sugar
- 2tbsp Golden or Maple Syrup
- 225g Rolled Oats
Method
- Preheat oven to 190C or Gas Mark 5. Brush tin with oil.
- Put the margarine, sugar and syrup into a medium sized saucepan and heat gently until melted. Remove from heat and stir in the oats.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared tin and bake for 20 minutes. Leave to cook a little then divide into pieces. Leave to cook completely before serving.
