Vegan Recipes : Macro Rice

Ingredients
- 225g Long grain brown rice
- 2 medium Onions
- 4tbsp/60ml Oil
- 4tbsp/60ml Parsley
- 2tbsp/30ml Tamari or Soya Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Cook rice in boiling water for 30-40 minutes until just tender. Meanwhile slice the onions and sauté in oil until transparent without browning them. Add parsley and stir through for 1 minute. Drain the rice and add to the onions. Add tamari or soya sauce and stir through. Season and serve.
